Refund and Returns Policy

1. Our Commitment. 

At Blissvon, we are proud of our Australian-made oil-based products. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Change of Mind. 

Please choose your products carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong product.

Due to the nature of our products (skincare, tattoo care, and beard care), and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items. 

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

How to claim:

  1. Email us at blissvon.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
  2. Include your Order Number and a Photo clearly showing the fault or damage.
  3. Do not dispose of the item until we have authorized your claim.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement (at your preference), including any shipping costs you incurred to return the item to us.

4. Late or Missing Refunds. 

If you have been approved for a refund, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
